Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada. If you are located outside Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss international shipping options.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD within Canada. This offer applies to standard shipping only and excludes expedited or express shipping options.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Holidays or weekends

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at [your email]. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. For lost packages, we may require you to wait for the carrier's investigation period to complete before issuing a replacement or refund.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

10. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes within Canada. Please note that some expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.

11. Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
